"We had a requirement for a new document management system, for use by the legal department, to replace our existing FileNet system. Through contacts in other companies DOCS Open was recommended. We initially approached Hummingbird and were recommended the services of MJM Solutions for implementing the new system.

Having contacted MJM, expressing our interets in DOCS Open, a product demonstration was arranged where all our questions and queries were answered clearly and accurately, providing us with confidence in MJM's knowledge of the product and, that DOCS Open was able to provide the functionality we required."

MJM's services were used to implement DOCS Open and transfer all documents from our old DMS into the new database. This process was carried out with the minimum of fuss, due to the strong product knowledge displayed by all the MJM consultants involved in the project. The consultants from MJM worked well with our internal IT team, and a good working relationship has beeen established. MJM performed all tasks asked of them efficiently and accurately providing us with a clean transfer to our new system.

Since the implementation MJM have provided us with support. All calls have been responded to quickly and resolutions given. Where a solution could not initially be found the consultants followed the problem through to completion with no chasing required from ourselves. In summary we are happy with the new DOCS Open system, the way in which it was implemented and the ongoing support provided by MJM."

Our involvement started during the pre-sales stage with Hummingbird and has continued beyond implementation to the provision of post sales technical support. We are now working with this client to establish a DM5 test & eval system.
